Production of nonwoven materials in Siauliai started in 1963. JSC “Neaustina” is continued this production by investment in new machinery and technology. “Neaustima” is one of the biggest factories of nonwoven materials in the Baltic States. Company belongs to the group of companies JSC “Neaustiniu medziagu fabrikas”.
JSC „Neaustima“ is constantly introducing new technologies and expanding its production basis. A new production - sales branch has been opened in Vilnius. Today “Neaustima” is well-respected by its customers for its quality of production and for its efficiency.
JSC “Neaustima” produces regenerated fibers and the following nonwoven materials:
- needle-punched felt,
- thermo-bonded felt,
- thermo-bonded wadding,
- spray-bonded wadding,
- stitch-bonded batting.
For the production of nonwoven materials the following high quality and ecological materials are used:
- polyester fiber,
- polypropylene fiber,
Wadding is certified in accordance with “Oeko-Tex Standard 100”.
Presently the company is setting up a quality management system based on the requirements of standard EN ISO 9001:2001.
The use of modern technology and machinery, together with a skilled workforce, enables JSC “Neaustima” to produce a wide variety of nonwoven materials, to meet the requirements of customers and to provide quality goods at competitive prices.
JSC “Neaustima” personnel are always ready to help the customers to select the correct product, to perform the orders with expedition and to look after delivery.
Every year the company produces approximately 3000 tons of various nonwoven materials, of which the majority is exported.
