For producers of upholstery, mattresses and home textile we offer nonwoven materials from wool, cotton, flax, polyester fiber and their composites.
The wadding conforms to the following combustibility tests:
- EN 597-1;2 : 1996,
- EN 1021-1;2 : 1997,
- British Standard BS 5852:1982.
Thermo-bonded wadding and spray-bonded wadding correspond to the IKEA IOS-MAT-0010 requirements.
Nonwovens for the furniture industry are produced in rolls to specified width and length.

To ease transportation the wadding is compressed mechanically or by vacuum.
For the filling of furniture, quilts and pillows we produce carded polyester fiber as well as regenerated fiber.
