ISO 9001:2015 is a worldwide standard that sets requirements for a strong Quality Management System. It details specific processes, procedures and activities that organizations must create, implement, maintain and improve in order to successfully manage making products or delivering services.

Neaustima has implemented the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management system since year 2012.

The scope of the management system: production of nonwovens, recycled fiber and fiber balls.

CE marking indicates that a product has been assessed by the manufacturer and deemed to meet EU safety, health and environmental protection requirements. It is required for products manufactured anywhere in the world that are then marketed in the EU.

The Company’s nonwoven materials Melitas and Geospal are CE certified.

The OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certificate is a guarantee of the safety of textile products intended to come into contact with the skin. Products marked with the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certificate have been tested in the certification process for the presence of over 100 substances harmful to humans.

The company Neaustima is granted the OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certification and the right to use the trademark. 

The certificate 10.HOT.83594. The object of approval is thermo-bonded, spray-bonded wadding and fiber balls made of polyester fiber; wool/polyester fiber blends wadding where >20% of content is recycled polyester fiber, made from post-consumer PET bottles. Product class I (baby articles), Annex 4. 

The certificate 10.HOT.83595. The object of approval is thermo-bonded, spray-bonded wadding and fiber balls made of 100% virgin polyester fiber; thermo-bonded wool/virgin polyester fiber blends wadding. Product class I (baby articles), Annex 4.

Fire testing according to BS 5852: Part 2 The standard is used to assess the ignitability of material combinations, such as covers and fillings used in upholstered seating, when subjected to different ignition sources of gas flames and small wooden cribs. 

The Company’s thermo-bonded, spray bonded polyester wadding and PES fiber balls, produced for furniture industry, meet British standard:
